One Rule for the Wealthy?

From The Irish Examiner:

"Irish Life & Permanent’s executive directors shared €4.5 million in pay and bonuses last year, up from €3.9m in 2004" 

I wonder if this is within the terms of the National Wage Agreement?

And if it isn't, will IBEC complain about it?
