The Dope Who Puts the Shambles in Babyshambles
Pete Doherty has been arrested again on drug possession charges – just three hours after sympathetic Judge Jane McIvor sentenced him to a community order with two years' supervision and 18 months drug rehabilitation at Thames Magistrates' Court.
Doherty was was showing "significant signs of compliance and effort" in tackling his addiction, Judge Jane purred as she spared the habitual drug offender the jail sentence he so obviously deserves.
Incidentally, he has been arrested this time on suspicion of possessing class A drugs with intent to supply. Not just a dope-head, then, but a pusher, to boot.
I hope they boot the little shit into jail this time.
